We’re confident that our produce has met your expectations and you realized value for your money! Your continuous feedback is essential to us for improvement. We assure you that we will try to satisfy your queries on priority. 

 

Shipping Policy

  • We deliver 7 days a week (Monday-Sunday).
  • For next day delivery, Please place your order by 10:00 pm the previous day.
  • Orders received by 10:00 pm shall be delivered a day later. 

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your order 24 hours before your chosen delivery schedule. This request is only possible on weekdays between 10 am and 5 pm.
  • For cancelling your order, please WhatsApp our customer support number +91-9315223359. We shall refund payments already made in 1-5 working days.
  • For making changes in already placed orders, you may WhatsApp our customer support number at least 24 hours from the delivery schedule. This request is only possible on weekdays between 10 am and 5 pm.
  • We reserve the rights to cancel and modify your order in part or in full if our produce fails to meet our quality standards. Our team will update you about the same in advance.

 

Complaints

  • We would be happy to hear your complaint on quality, quantity or any other issue.
  • Any valid/verified complaint on short quantity or poor quality supplied shall be addressed in the next delivery/order.
  • No complaint shall be addressed unless our process for complaint registration is followed.

 

Return & Refunds

  • Please send us a complaint on time for a prompt, hassle-free resolution! This would be within 24 hours from receipt of vegetables.
  • The return should be in the original packaging with at least 75% quantity maintained. It should also be accompanied with our bill.
  • Please do not return the products with the delivery agents without lodging your complaint (online or offline) and getting our acknowledgement.

 

Note: It takes 24 hours to update payments, for each account. For the reason, If you order from us twice or more within 24 hours, you bill may have the due amount(s) even if has been paid by you. In such case, please ignore the pending amount and tend to the latest bill amount only.
